This image is painted onto a wall that I drive past several times a week. After being intrigued for ages, I finally took a picture of it. Sunil, our driver, translated the message and said it has something to do with the fact that keeping your toilets clean and having potable water will somehow make people flock to your bathroom, and put you into the Guiness Book of World Records for having the Longest Toilet Queue in the world. He didn't really get it either so clearly it's not a cultural misunderstanding.
